  • The Canyon Estates custom home project in Napa County received all local, regional, state and federal permits, and has had all engineering for its Improvement Plans and Final Map completed. Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2020, and reservations for the 35 one-half to one acre custom home view lots are now being accepted by Canyon Estates Homes LLC. Subdivision improvements are expected to be completed by Fall 2020, and custom home construction is expected to begin in late Summer 2020.

  • Work on the Cotati Economic Development Strategy has reached an important milestone, with completion of stakeholder interviews, draft code amendments, proposed zoning map amendments, a series of incentive “Toolboxes”, and supporting environmental analysis, all designed to stimulate commercial development in and around the historic downtown area.

  • Preparation and processing of applications and a supporting NEPA environmental study have been completed to expand the Jackson Rancheria in Amador County by nearly 900 acres. Detailed title and economic information has also been produced in support of this fee-to-trust transfer which will allow the local Jackson Bank of Miwuk Indians to expand self-governance and accommodate additional on-reservation housing for Tribe members.

  • The Vallejo Marine Terminal and Orcem Green Cement Mill had all of its permit entitlements prepared and the full Environmental Impact Report was completed; however, the owners of this landmark water-related industrial project did not proceed to final entitlement.

  • Entitlement of the unique Golden State Lumber indoor lumber and building materials facility in Concord California received all of its land use and zoning entitlements, and CEQA documentation approvals, and was completed in 2019.

  • The 535-unit Park Ridge neighborhood located near the State Route 4 Bypass and Lone Tree Way in Antioch received all of its entitlements and CEQA documentation approvals several years ago, and has proceeded to the second major phase of construction.
