Loewke Planning Associates has been contracted on a wide range of prospective projects throughout the greater Bay Area and California to evaluate design, economic and environmental feasibility for unique residential communities of various sizes and characters. This has included developing design alternatives to establish local general plan compatibility for small custom home subdivisions in Napa County to refining and entitling sensitive environmental design for larger estate home communities in Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda Counties. Our work always involves close coordination with other design and environmental professionals, and begins with developing a clear understanding of governmental and environmental constraints. We strive to find creative solutions to complex problems, with a clear expectation of market and economic opportunities and limitations. We understand that the accommodation of housing products targeted to specific local conditions and needs is critical to both economic development and quality of life. We therefore take a comprehensive approach to community design, environmental documentation and regulatory entitlement in all of our work.
